Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Communicate service notices and, where permitted, marketing.

We process data in the United States and other jurisdictions via our service providers. Where legally required, we use approved transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. If we later certify under the EU-U.S. or UK-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, this Policy will be updated.

12. AI-Specific Practices
Customer Content. We do not use Customer Content (inputs/outputs) to train foundation models. Instead, our system uses rules, orchestration, and case-based reasoning (experience reuse). Customer Content is used only to provide the requested feature, ensure safety, prevent abuse, and debug or improve that feature.
Third-Party Providers. We may use external AI providers or APIs to support features. These providers are contractually restricted from using Customer Content for training.
Outputs. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors or bias. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for critical decisions and for complying with applicable laws.
Human Review. Some features may include limited human review for safety, abuse prevention, or support. Access is strictly controlled.
Enterprise Controls. Business customers may configure retention, logging, and opt-in/out to additional features, including future options relating to data residency.
